Share 'Blogspot Blocked in China'
A friend of mine in China can't get into his blogspot.com. Somehow Facebook still works for him. I suggested he look at ning.com. What nings are open to all for creating or migrating blogs? What have you started as a social network with ning beyond 23 Things on a Stick?
