I am attempting to finish. I have to put together my portfolio and submit it. I try to stay focused but I seem to have OADD (Old Attention Deficit Disorder). I set the goal of finishing by the end of the year. I heard there may be a new National Certification Program in 2010.

The dog is 5. He does like to read-- well, more take advantage of any opportunity to climb in someone's lap.

But, yes, Ning is like Facebook or MySpace, except that it is designed to allow more individuals to start and manage groups basedon topics.

About Me:
I'm a Public Services Librarian at a public library in Southeastern Minnesota.
I'm married and have two sons; one is 27, in the Navy, ((currently in Norfolk) and is married with 2 kids, a girl and a boy (see home page picture). The other son is married, is an actor, and is living in NY (Brooklyn). My mother was a Children's librarian, my son has worked in two libraries, one in Faribault and one in Brooklyn, and my cousin is a retired college librarian. So I guess it runs in the family, although I have only been a librarian for 5+ years, so I'm a late bloomer.
